‘The Wild Shaman’
Drumming and Dancing with Soul and the Spirits of Weather
9 June Saturday 10 am – 10 pm
Kilgour House, Falkland
Forever, shamans have helped their tribes to work with the weather. If there was an imbalance with the weather sprits, the shamans would journey to the spirits to see what the imbalance was in the village and tribe. As above so below. The outer and the inner reflect and inform one another.
The weather is calling for shamans to drum and dance and communicate with the weather spirits again. We are prompted to take the power in our hands to bring balance in the human world to help Gaia… The Wild Shaman is the workshop to do this very thing. Bring clothes for all conditions, we’ll be outside for much of this workshop and the weather will be with us…
This long Saturday workshop will involve lots of journeying for direct
revelation about what is happening with the weather spirits. We’ll work as a
tribe, collating information and putting ideas together for how to structure the
day.
We’ll look at what different shamans have to say about working with the weather spirits, and follow some ceremonies which have been developed to bring humans and the weather spirits into good relationship.
We’ll also see what stories of weather come from the circle which gathers together for the day. What have you found which comes up as a constant theme for you? We’ll also journey to see which weather spirit we are to specifically work with in the months ahead as a major ally on our individual paths.
We will complete with a major ceremony in which we each define our role as a human being who is willing to step into a healing project working with their own inner world and the world of weather.
This is an advanced Shamanic workshop and people will need to have plenty of shamanic journeying experience to attend.

the red drum workshop
25 August (Saturday) 10 – 5
Synergy Centre, Glenrothes
Did you know that the earliest found frame drums were painted red? They were often buried with the bodies of the deceased. The drum has long been used to signal to the universal heart beat, call in the spirit worlds and loyally assist the humans in their quest to realise their spiritual selves on earth. In the case of the drum being tombed with the body, to assist the soul’s crossing to the other side and be a loyal companion in the next life too!
The red drum workshop takes us flowing through the arteries of the mysteries. Its aim is to immerse each of us in the bloody oceans the red drum refers to and explore the terrains of some of the different realms which inform our current reality. We will learn about the different cosmologies which have been mapped by some of the ancient and contemporary shamanic practices and develop our own means of defining a cosmology for ourselves.
This workshop is created with the mission of the little red drum practice itself in mind: to help bring people into alignment with the purpose of their own heart and soul and be faithful to the beating of their own true rhythm. We will explore ways of relating with our drums to bring this into greater evidence and deepen our relationship with this very special friend. The internal and external drums will lead the way.

Creation – ‘Artist’
September 29/30 Saturday 10 – 5, Sunday 10 – 4
Synergy Centre, Glenrothes
A year immersing the self in the mysteries of creation. A program designed to re-instate the centre of who you are as the Master Creator in your life. In 2012 and 2013 step fully into making the realisation of your soul’s greatest vision. You are the Artist ready to create the masterpiece of your life.
‘Creation’ is a year’s course working with the natural cycles of the sun, moon and earth. Through the teachings of the natural world, we follow a program linking with the phases of the moon to allow the emergence and growth of our dreams. We allow the release of ‘other people’s dreams’ and limiting beliefs to be able to clearly see our own true paths.
We dance with the flow of the seasons and learn with nature as our teacher, the optimum times for the development of projects. For all things there is a season…
We incorporate a range of different Shamanic tools and techniques to guide us through this program. There are four Creation weekends held throughout the year as part of this course in Fife, Scotland. These are Artist (October 2012), Earth (March 2013) Sun (May 2013) Moon (September 2013)
Course participants need to have experience of Shamanic journeying before enrolling on this course.
Artist is the opening workshop for this course and may be taken alone as a taster for £80 or be taken as a composite of the course which is at an introductory price of £500, or may be paid in quarterly instalments of £130..
Celtic New Year fire walk
Sunday 11 November 2012 5 – 10
Kilgour House, Falkland Estate
As I am now working with Sandra Ingerman on her Teacher training
programme in Santa Fe at this time - this fire walk has been moved to
Sunday 11 November. (see
event below). It can be taken as part of the whole workshop (£80 -
a divine bargain!) or taken by itself.
Come and walk the hot coals, at this magical time of year when the ancestors traditionally are at their closest and the walls between the worlds are thin. Historically, the ancients of this land celebrated this festival as one of their two major fire festivals and celebrations of Power. Fire walking is an amazing ritual which can assist in transforming belief systems and bringing the inner fire blazing back to life. At the close of the Celtic New Year, come and say goodbye to the old and welcome in a shining new in an evening of fire, positivity and transformation you may possibly look back on as the turning point of your life!
‘Walking the Rainbow Bridge’
The Sacred Roles of the Ancestors
- with firewalk
10/11 Nov Saturday 10 - 5,
Sunday 5 - 10
Synergy Centre, Glenrothes (Saturday)
Kilgour House Falkland (fire
walk Sunday)
We are but a part in an eternal chain. Our empowerment is in knowing we are here and being conscious of our power to connect with other parts of the chain and bring great healing. In Shamanic cultures, the ancestors are respected as being with us in spirit, to such an extent that in many Sami tribes the ancestors are taken as dolls from a little drawer or box and greeted by guests at the beginning of a visit. They are often given a wee sip of vodka too! The ancestors are with us, supporting us from behind the veils. We are the players on the stage of life we call the present. The ancestors are cheering us on. If only we would receive their blessings!
This is the best time of year for working with the ancestors. The nights draw in and traditionally this is the time when the veils are at their thinnest. This is an optimum time for connecting with our heritage and receiving much support and enlightenment for our journey here on earth.
Walking the Rainbow Bridge, we spend a weekend looking at how different traditions have lived in harmony with the ancestors. We set up models for acknowledging their presence in the spiritual realms and maximise the effectiveness of our journeys of healing together. We learn how to access the love and understanding of our family lines in our everyday life to bring a life much more rich and free from a feeling of having lost anything.
We explore strategies for locating stories in our family lines which are longing for healing and maximise the flow of life force through the family lines. We look at the cultural stories of our countries and create space together to allow the stories of our communities to unfold and find peace and resolution.
There will be time too to work with the descendants and learn what the future is longing for. As technicians in the place of power, we will compassionately work for the good of all to untangle the threads and direct the course of spiritual and human evolution.
